Sanderson & Taylor Light Gut

Sanderson & Taylor Harps and Brown & Bruce Harps, made in Edinburgh in the 1970s & 1980s, were originally strung with Heavy/Pedal Gauge gut strings   ...   but, due to their age and delicate construction, many players now use these lighter/Lever gauge strings to prolong the life of the harp (  ...  it does not really work to mix the heavy and light strings on one harp ).

All our 1st, 2nd and 3rd Octave gut strings are special extra long 60 inch lengths which will provide several spare strings for your harp.
