The JB500 is an inexpensive harp tuner complete with metronome and a contact mic.
The JB500 is a good budget tuner which works well with the harp. The broad chromatic range from B0 (30.9 Hz) - C8 (4186 Hz) allows quick and accurate tuning of the harp ... or any other instrument. This chromatic tuner seems to work well enough with low-register harp strings that can be difficult to tune, using either its built-in mic or the clip-on contact mic which is included.
This model also includes a versatile electronic metronome.
If you do not require the metronome function, I would tend to recommend the Korg CA-2 tuner as a slightly higher quality tuner with no metronome function and therefore fewer buttons to press.
The JB500 uses 2 x AAA batteries which are not included as standard ... but we like to be helpful at HarpStrings.biz, so we will also include the 2 x AAA batteries with your order.
